What it does / how it works
A melanocortin-4 (and MC3) agonist. It acts in the brain on sexual-desire pathways, which is why the approved use is as-needed, not daily. Nausea and a short BP rise are class effects.

Watch: Nausea, flushing, transient BP rise. A 10 mg vial is about five labelled doses.
