Short melanocortin fragment used in gut and skin inflammation models. Less pigment than MT-2 / PT-141.

What it does / how it works

The last three amino acids of alpha-MSH. It keeps the anti-inflammatory melanocortin signal with little of the tanning/sexual effect of MT-2 or PT-141. Studied in gut and skin inflammation models.
