What it does / how it works
Sits above GnRH in the reproductive axis. A pulse should release LH/FSH. That is why doses stay in mcg per kg, not weekly milligrams.
| Class | KISS1R agonist |
| Typical vial | 5 or 10 mg |
| Reconstitution | BAC water. Keep doses in micrograms. |
| Storage after mix | 2–8°C, use within 28 days |
Protocol
| Goal | Dose | How often | How long | Route |
| Acute test | 0.3-1.0 mcg per kg | Single pulse | One session with LH sampling | SubQ or IV |
| Short block | 1 mcg per kg | 2-3x weekly | 2-4 weeks only | SubQ |
Watch: A 5 mg vial is thousands of micrograms. Do not inject milligrams.
