What it does / how it works
A selective ghrelin-receptor (GHSR) agonist. It pulses growth hormone with less hunger, cortisol and prolactin than older GHRPs. Food blocks the pulse, so it is used empty-stomach.
| Class | Selective GHSR / GHRP |
| Typical vial | 5 or 10 mg |
| Reconstitution | 2 mL BAC per 5 mg = 2.5 mg/mL (250 mcg = 10 units) |
| Storage after mix | 2–8°C, use within 28 days |
Protocol
| Goal | Dose | How often | How long | Route |
| Weeks 1-12 standard | 200-300 mcg | Nightly, empty stomach | 8-12 weeks | SubQ |
| BID option | 200 mcg | Morning + night, empty stomach | 8-12 weeks | SubQ |
| Off | None | Stop | 4 weeks off | – |
Watch: Food blunts the GH pulse. Pair with CJC-1295 no DAC, not DAC, for a pulse.
