Cagrilintide

Weekly amylin analogue. Used alone or with semaglutide (CagriSema).

What it does / how it works

A long-acting copy of amylin, the hormone co-released with insulin. It slows gastric emptying, increases fullness and works on brain satiety centres. Stacked with a GLP-1, the two fullness signals add up.
