How IGF-1 DES Works

IGF-1 DES is a shortened, truncated version of natural Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1). While its sibling analog (IGF-1 LR3) is engineered to circulate throughout the body for days, IGF-1 DES is optimized for short, explosive, and highly localized action. It achieves this through a unique structural modification:
